Return Policy:

Our goal is to offer only the finest personalized gifts available, ones that will create lasting memories and provide years of enjoyment. Each product we select must meet our strict standards of workmanship and design. Our highly trained production staff then artfully customizes each order to your specifications. Before any item ships from our facility, it must pass a final inspection for quality and accuracy. Personal Creations stands behind the quality of every product we sell.

If your order is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, please contact our customer service team via chat, email customercare@personalcreations.com or toll free via phone at (888) 741-0508 to arrange a replacement or refund. Refunded orders will include original shipping costs.

Beyond defects in materials and workmanship, we also stand behind our full satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your personalized product for any reason, please reach out to our customer care team and we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution. Please note that due to the custom, personalized nature of our products, physical returns are generally limited since these items are uniquely created for you and cannot be resold to other customers. Physical returns, if necessary and approved by Customer Care, will be at our expense.
